Pat Goss - President/Owner of Pat Goss Car World, Inc. t/a Goss' Garage. Pat's repair shop in Lanham-Seabrook, MD is a leader in MD/DC/VA for diagnostic testing and repair of domestic and import cars and light trucks. One of the best outfitted shops in the country.
Pat helps consumers understand car problems and teaches them how to speak the same language as their technician.
Bonnie - After leaving Pat's Gulf/Chevron, Bonnie ran her own very successful Beauty Shop 'Cut 'n Dri' in Crofton for 11 years. When she wasn't doing this you would find her by Pat's side for all public appearances and classes. We gladly welcomed her back in November of 1997. Bonnie is a great asset and a friendly face in the office. Give her a call for your next appointment.
Marlene - If you've been a long time customer, then you'll remember Marlene. Back before the days of computers Marlene handled the offices of Pat's Gulf/Chevron and then Pat Goss Car World until about 10 years ago. At that time she moved into the back office as Pat's personal secretary and research assistant. Occasionally you may see her passing through, or filling in where needed.
Marcy - ASE CERTIFIED SERVICE WRITER
Marcy's been around since the days of Pat's Gulf. Marcy came to Car World in 1988 to computerize us, and has been here ever since. As Office Manager/Service Writer she handles all the behind the scene paperwork and computer upkeep.
Billy - ASE CERTIFIED MASTER AUTO TECHNICIAN and ASE CERTIFIED SERVICE WRITER
Often confused for Pat, Billy has served many functions at Car World since 1987. Billy is highly visible currently as he works in the office as a service writer. Billy's flexibility finds him in varying locations and positions on a frequent basis.
Ernie - ASE CERTIFIED AUTO TECHNICIAN
Ernie's position as Shop Manager, allows him the freedom to help where needed, working on difficult cases is his specialty, as Pat's right-hand man. As the final test driver after repairs are completed, he performs a very important part of your service.
Anthony - ASE CERTIFIED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
Anthony will do what it takes to make your car right. As a soon to be master tech he has quite a following of loyal customers.
Jim - ASE CERTIFIED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
Jim will be filling a void that has been empty for quite awhile. Jim's speciality in tires, steering, suspension and exhausts system makes him invaluable. His automotive aptitude is evident with his many happy customers.
